Are your courses suitable for workplace compliance?

What types of first aid courses do you offer?
We offer a range of nationally accredited first aid courses, including Provide First Aid (HLTAID011), Provide CPR (HLTAID009), and specialised courses such as Mental Health First Aid Course, Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) and Provide First Aid in Remote Situations (HLTAID013).
Are there any prerequisites or age restrictions for your courses?
Participants must be physically capable of performing 2 minutes of continuous CPR compressions during the course. Additionally, a Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required for issuing the statement of attainment upon completion.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
If you are unable to attend due to illness or other circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible via phone or email. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and reschedule your training for a later date.
Please note that no-shows are treated as cancellations.
Do your trainers have a Blue Card?
Our trainers all require a valid Blue Card and Police Check to train with First Class First Aid, so you can rest assured that when we come onsite, we are good to go!
Can I enrol in a course without completing the online registration?
Yes, we understand that online enrollment may not be suitable for everyone. If you prefer, we can arrange a time for you to complete the enrollment process using a physical form. Please get in touch with us to make the necessary arrangements.
Is it possible to book a course without the online learning component?

Yes, we offer private group sessions tailored to your organisation’s requirements, providing a focused and customised training experience.
Do you offer on-site training at our workplace?
Yes, we provide on-site training for organisations across Australia. Our trainers can come to your workplace, saving you time and ensuring your team is trained in a familiar environment.
If you don’t have space for that, contact us and we can arrange a venue for you.
Are there discounts available for group bookings or multiple courses?
Yes, we offer competitive group rates for organisations booking training for their teams. Discounts vary based on the number of participants and courses booked. We offer 20% off courses for groups of 8+ and 40% off first aid kits for groups of 10+. Please contact us for a customised quote.
What should I bring to my first aid training session?
Please bring a notepad, pen, and a water bottle. If you have any medical conditions or allergies that may impact your participation, please inform your trainer before the session.
Is there any pre-course work or reading required?
Some of our courses include a short online pre-learning component. You will receive instructions on accessing and completing this material prior to your training session.
What should I wear to my training session?
We recommend wearing comfortable, casual clothing suitable for physical activities, as well as closed-toe shoes for safety during practical components.
Will I need to perform CPR on a manikin during the class?
Yes, all our first aid courses include practical CPR training using manikins to ensure you gain the necessary hands-on experience.
What if I have a medical condition or disability that may impact my participation?
Please inform us of any medical conditions or disabilities prior to your training session. Our trainers will work with you to make reasonable adjustments, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment.
What time should I arrive for my scheduled training session?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for sign-in and settling in. Late arrival may result in non-admission to the course.
Will there be breaks during the training session?
Yes, there will be short breaks throughout the day, including a lunch break for full-day courses. You may bring your own snacks and lunch or take advantage of nearby cafes and shops during breaks.
What if I am sick on the day of my course?
If you are feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your training. Attending training while sick may put other participants and trainers at risk.
Will I be assessed during the course?
Yes, our courses include both practical and written assessments to ensure you have gained the necessary knowledge and skills. Your trainer will provide guidance and support throughout the assessment process.
What happens if I cannot complete the course due to an emergency?
If you need to leave the course due to an unforeseen emergency, please inform your trainer immediately. We will work with you to arrange a suitable time to complete your training.
When will I receive my first aid certificate?
Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, you will receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment. This will be sent to you electronically within 1-2 business days.
How can I access my certificate if I lose it?
If you lose your certificate, please contact us, and we will assist you in obtaining a replacement. A small administrative fee may apply.

After completing the course, you will have access to online resources and support from our team. If you have any questions or need guidance, feel free to reach out to us.
How can I provide feedback about my training experience?
We value your feedback! After completing the course, you will receive an email with a link to an online feedback form. You can also contact us directly to share your thoughts or suggestions.
Do you offer refresher courses for first aid certifications?
Yes, we offer refresher courses to help you maintain your first aid skills and keep your certifications up to date. We recommend attending refresher training in line with the recommended renewal periods for your specific certifications.
